Collection: Organic Amaranth, Quinoa & Flax Seeds

The three offerings here aren't the most flamboyant-looking of seeds but they are very flamboyant plants. They are easily as gorgeous as any ornamental you might choose for your garden. And they do pack a wallop, both in their amazing ability to multiply themselves (one amaranth seed can produce a quarter of a million of itself in one season) and in their ability to provide carefree means for the home gardener to obtain highest quality protein and oil. Amaranth and quinoa have an amino acid balance close to ideal for human nutrition while flax seeds have a similar optimum fatty acid balance.
